Adding Customers (Guest, Existing, New)

To set Guest Customer as default in POS

  • Go to: Outlet Manage
  • Enable the Allow Guest Customer option.
  • Click Save.
  • Return to the POS Sales Screen → You will see Guest Customer set as the default customer for new orders.

To add an existing Customer on the POS screen.

  • Click on the Reload button > Search for the customer by name, email, or phone number.
  • Select the correct customer from the search results to attach them to the order.

To add a new customer

Click on Create new > Fill in the customer details > Click Save to create the new profile and attach it to the order.
