There are two ways to log in to ConnectPOS: via the web-based version or the app-based version.
For the best performance and full functionality, always use the app-based version.
The web-based version should only be used for your first-time login to set up your account and initial settings. After that, please log in exclusively through the app.
Using the Web-Based Version #
You can log in to ConnectPOS directly from your web browser.
Step 1: Visit retail.connectpos.com.
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password provided in your setup email.
Step 3: Click Login to access your store.
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions in the reset email.
Note: After your account is set up, you will receive an email containing your username and a link to set your password. Once your password is created, you can log in at any time through your browser.
Using the App-Based Version (Recommended) #
You can also log in to ConnectPOS by using the ConnectPOS app on your preferred device.
- iOS (iPad/iPhone): Download the ConnectPOS app from the Apple App Store
- Android: Download the ConnectPOS app from the Google Play Store
- Windows/Mac: Download the desktop version from our Download Page
To log in:
Step 1: Open the ConnectPOS app you downloaded.
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password provided in your setup email.
Step 3: Tap Login to access your store.
If you forget your password, tap Forgot Password? on the login screen and follow the instructions in the reset email.
After logging in, your store’s products, customers, and orders will be automatically synced to the POS system.
