Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Fee.
- Toggle Enable charging service fee on order total to ON.
- Click Add fee to configure details:
- Service fee name – Enter a descriptive name (e.g., “Packaging Fee”).
- Service fee is charged on total – Choose when the fee is applied:
- After discount whole order
- Before discount whole order
- Service fee is counted to Net revenue – Toggle ON if you want this fee included in revenue reports.
- Service fee rate – Choose % or $ amount.
- Apply After Amount Threshold – Enter a minimum order value for applying the fee (optional).
Step 2: Click Save.
