Step 1: Go to Advanced > Gift cards > Create new campaign 

Step 2: Import Gift Card Codes into POS or let the system auto-generate codes.

Step 3: Selling gift cards

Click on the Gift cards button from the sales screen > Choose gift card campaign and fill in sender/recipient information > Checkout. After the sale, a QR code is automatically generated and sent to the customer’s email. 

Step 4: Redeem the Gift Card

To redeem, the customer can present:

• The QR code from their email.
• The printed receipt.
• Or the physical gift card (with QR or visible code). You can definitely scan the QR code in this section.
