Types Of Advanced Orders In POS

Draft orders

ConnectPOS enables store owners to put uncompleted orders on hold and retrieve them later. Instead of creating new orders for each checkout, your staff can continue to work on or adjust existing ones. You can also send emails to customers and encourage them to complete their orders. 

To create a draft order, please follow these steps:

  1. Add products into the cart and click Pay.

2. Select Pending and your order will automatically be sent to Order lists

To restrive on-hold orders,

  1. Go to Order lists and select the orders
  2. Click More and select Add Payment
  3. Continue the checkout process

Quotation

The quotation management feature allows you to create and send quotations. These quotations can be converted into an order later.

To create a quotation:

  1. Add products into the cart and click Pay
  2. Select Send quote and your order will automatically be sent to Quotation Management

To convert quotes into sales,

  1. Go to Quotation Management and select the orders
  2. Click More and select Convert To Sale. The quotation now will be sent to Order lists
  3. Click More and select Add Payment
  4. Continue the checkout process

Shipping orders

ConnectPOS also supports delivering orders to particular addresses. To create a shipping order:

  1. Add products into the cart
  2. Click the Shipment icon or Shipping at the cart summary

3. Add the new address and shipping fee

4. Select Add Payment and then continue the checkout process

Click & Collect
