By signing up for a free trial, you have already created an account on ConnectPOS and you will be recognized as the Shop Owner. The email address and password you used to register for the trial will also be the email and password of your account.
If you haven’t registered yet, you can sign up for our 15-day free trial.
After submitting the free trial form, you’ll be redirected to your Admin area at https://accounts.connectpos.com. Here, you will find the license key for your free trial and a step-to-step guide to how to set up your store.
As the Shop Owner, you will have full permissions, some of which other staff accounts don’t have. For example, the shop owner can change billing information, create and manage staff accounts or assign staff roles.
If you don’t upgrade your account to a paid plan after free trial, you still can login using your email and password but you won’t be able to do anything until you upgrade to a paid plan.
If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us or follow the instructions in your Admin area.
